1. Service Overview

This service enables businesses to respond to missed calls by sending an automated SMS and collecting job details from customers.

2. Use of Service

This service is provided to businesses to assist with responding to missed calls and customer enquiries. By using the service, you agree to use it only for legitimate business communication with your customers. You must not use the service for spam, harassment, or any unlawful activity.

3. SMS Communication

Messages are only sent in response to user-initiated contact, such as when a customer calls a business and the call is missed. Messages may include requests for job details, service information, and responses related to the customer's enquiry. Message frequency is limited to a small number of messages per interaction, typically one initial message and a brief follow-up. Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Once opted out, no further messages will be sent. Users may opt back in by replying START. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on the user's mobile carrier.

This service is intended for transactional communication only and must not be used for marketing campaigns or unsolicited messaging.

4. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or message delivery, as delivery depends on third-party telecommunications networks.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for missed messages, delays, or business losses resulting from use of the service.

6. Responsibility for Customer Communication

Businesses using this service are responsible for ensuring they have the right to contact their customers and comply with applicable communication and privacy laws.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
